Trenchless Pipelaying Contractors has been engaged by Telstra as a contractor for over 20 years specialising in all types of work within their network including Asset Relocation, Commercial Works and Capital Works.
In 2014, TPC were awarded the contract for the Torrens to Torrens Road Upgrade Project – Telstra Relocation Component and are still currently working in-conjunction with the head contractors to compete these works within their required timeframe. This project has involved relocating and duplicating 3.5km of existing Telstra infrastructure along South Rd by providing new conduit paths including multiple conduit strands, installing new pits and manholes and hauling new copper and optic fibre cables.
Other significant projects over the years have included working in remote areas providing an optic fibre cable link from Jabiru to Ranger Mine in the Northern Territory, Civil works and optic fibre installation in Coober Pedy and Roxby Downs SA
Our on-going contract has TPC working on numerous smaller projects in the Metro area involving relocating and repairing the existing Telstra network for Council road and footpath upgrade projects, Storm water installations, small and large housing developments and manhole repairs / re-builds.
