Trenchless Pipelaying Contractors has recently completed works at the Adelaide Oval installing a conduit link to the middle of the oval for the new “Stump Cam” installation, in time for the 2017 Test Match Series. This involved directional boring from the main access raceway to the middle of the oval ensuring no damage to the hallowed turf. As part of this project we engaged specialised concrete cutters as we were required to remove 600mm thick concrete at the bore entry location and we also worked in conjunction with Adelaide Oval Staff to remove a section of turf in the middle of the oval to ensure minimal damage to the turf.
